I will say yes only if he is serious about being more loyal and promises to do so. While we are certainly looking for more members, we are even more so looking for ones who will stay. StormJK, as long as you're willing to stay in the clan for a much longer time, I'd be just fine with you rejoining. I say acceptance at rank of private on 2-week rank probation if he does want to be loyal.
