Jedi - Jump 3, Push 3, Seeing 3, 1 medium, 3 saber defense, 1 force block, and 2 saber deflect. 

Sith - Jump 3, Push 2, seeing 3, medium 1 strong 1, 3 defense, and 2 forceblock

Why do you take defense 3? I never find it anymore significantly useful than defense 2, which I make due with quite well.

I prefer defense 3 due to habit, plus I don't have much else to spend it on that I care for, every little bit counts.
