Mandalorian Armor choices

So, I recently wanted to make some beskar'gams for myself for if i ever wanna go to a con, and i can't decide between Mandalorian Crusaders, Neo-Crusaders or the really-overused supercommando armor.

Supercommando would be the easiest.

Me and my cousin gave cosplayed nandos at a con, he was boba and I was a random mando :p. But I would say do OT era mando, neo, or mandalore the preserver.

i was actually planning on mixing up neo and OT era, tbh.

Go for it, are you buying or making it cause if your making it I would suggest making it with foam.

also i'm making it out of some material i found for cosplaying i.e armor and whatnot

Sintra > foam.

Not really, it depends on how skilled you are, its gonna be harder to engrave markings and designs into.

Heat gun and some good tools make it cleaner than anything you get outta foam. Stencil designs or make the design out of metal and they're reuseable  then heat the foam board with a heat gun and press with the metal. Makes a crisp clean indent.

Well you need those tools for any type of armor costume, I guess it's just what materials you prefer, but another suggestion I have is making a full body or at least head and torso mold if you know how t. It makes the costume fit perfectly.

I -think- I'm using Sintra, maybe a few other varied materials. All I know is that this'll be fucking HELL.

The helmet is the easiest to screw up. I wish I'd purchased one

Yeah helmets are hard and masks are easy, we bought our mando helmets but built out commando helmets.

You don't need a helmet or a mask just put a donut on your head and get ready to party
