He used to be a general in DW but he's matured a lot since then, I 3-0'd him in sniper and Soul 2-1'd him in pistols. All my duels with him were fairly close.

He can use alot of improvement but compared to other newbies he did alot more damage. I don't see a problem with him he is just a lone merc and wants to be apart of a clan like ours.

as long as there isnt any DW affiliation, i dont see why not.  as long as your attitude is good, and you dont get in to fights with other members there shouldnt be a problem

perhaps i can be of some assistance if it is about DW. you don't need to worry about it since it was disbanded last fall (though his length of jka time raises a few eyebrows if he claims to be in DW)
