Ok my conditions are:
You start as a Cadet, which basically means you on a probationary period, any fuck ups, ect mean you are out
You must leave DW
You must play merc for training, and more often in general
And you have to display that you have matured.

Sure im willing to do all of this

however i am going on a 2 week holiday on the 17 and should be back on the 31st

will that be a problem?, or we just pick this up then and start the probationary period then or start now and add 2 weeks onto it
