Why has this reached three pages? It's not like he'd be able to destroy the clan even if he turns out to be Echo. Echo is too much of an immature imbecile to hide under a fake persona for a long time. Hell, look how quickly he was escorted out when he first joined. This guy says he's not Echo, give him a chance. There is nothing he could possibly do to bring significant harm to the clan. If we want to make the clan enticing, we gotta be willing to accept people without so much concern over the people they are related to, not in a blood-line sense, but in a relational sense. Cadet with 3-week probational rank lock is the best option in my opinion.
